The hotel food was great, and the room was comfortable. Our room included a stove, which was exactly what we wanted. However, we did notice a few cockroaches in the kitchen area, possibly due to the daily carpet cleaning taking place. Overall, our stay was good. The bathroom was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The only downside was that getting to the hotel was somewhat complicated.

The bed and pillows were great. The bathroom good, need more cleanliness. But in the kitchen there were ants and the fridge never works. Loose food cause the fridge and pastries cause the ants.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The only issues I had were the room change (requested a double bed but was given a king due to overbooking by Expedia) and there were ants in the room which came from the kitchen outlet. Otherwise, the location was close to many attractions and food options.

I love Hilton suite hotels. However this hotel need an update. I had to change rooms because the tub was leaking. My new room tilt was overflowing. The showers were old. The floors, carpet and couches needs deep cleaning.

Pro: Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, location was near to attraction and restaurants Con: I booked room with 1 king and sofa bed. Sofa bed was pathetic. It was uneven, couldnt have proper sleep. As i was tired with park visit, couldnt complain in front desk for change of room. Didnt expect such bed condition from Hilton group.

They scheduled carpet clearing in our room during the day while we stayed in the property, and we need to pack luggage away. It is pretty inconvenient for us.
