My only complaint is that they charge for parking. That's absurd. I've stayed there before, and there were no hidden additional charges, much less for parking. It's an extra ($26 or more) that wasn't in the budget.

We had a fantastic time- the only thing missing was a hot tub for a good soak at the end of the day. The rooms were nice and spacious, beds were comfortable. Could have used a microwave. Room was cleaned daily- staff was always around to help. Transportation major bonus points, and being able to get into park earlier made it worth it. Every day, we went to the parks early, went back to the resort for lunch and a dip in the pool, then back to the parks after 5. Even though it’s an active vacation, being able to go back and forth with ease on the buses allowed us to rest and relax. My daughter got a kick out of being able to hear the music under water. Highly recommend staying.

We waited over 45 minutes to check in. Majority of that time was, they only had 2 people checking us in. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite, this was not a typical suite. Only one bedroom was private, there was no sitting area or kitchen. They only had full size beds, without a dresser or night stands and a curtain for the closet which was very small. The over all suite was very small, if it can be called a suite!

Resort transportation was excellent. Pools and facilities were very good. Decent choice of food in the cafe area, along with other necessities. On the down side there is a lot of walking, it’s a big hotel, and the lines for reception were at times very long and slow. Overall good value and I would definitely book again.

It's a dated property and should be updated soon, but it's convenient and good for kids. Some of the lifeguards should take a hospitality course, as a couple were simply rude to kids on one specific day.

Easy for the shuttle to take you to the universal parts and city walk Pools are great large and warm and open till 11pm I recommended Kids have an arcade to go to Food court has lots of food and food is good and reasonable
