Excellent value for money and fantastic location for Universal Studios. Room was clean and tidy and good size. Pool was lovely for after long days of walking and laundry was so convenient to get washing done We would recommend to anyone looking for a Nice affordable accommodation

From a general standpoint, the room looks pretty clean. Once you get in the bed, you see that the sheets arent really white as much as they are yellow. The fitted sheet lifted and i saw what looked like a poop stain. Luckily we had a bed sheet in our car. Despite the possible charge, we used the sheet that was in the plastic bed because the default bed sheet was yellow and uncomfortable. I looked under the table and saw an empty toilet paper roll? Not to mention that the listing said we would get a king bed when it was infact a queen. The Ac turns on and off like every 5 minutes & we were very hot throughout the night. Our room was 113 and we were right infront of the ice machine. You can hear EVERYTHING. Janitors will walk by with their carts and you can hear EVERYTHING. This will wake you up all times of night and morning. We will never cheap out on our room ever again.

Front desk staff was super nice. Room appeared clean at first but on the floor near the door was a scattered pile of dirt and hair. Stay would have been better if I didnt see the housekeeping staff staring into the room window to see if we had left yet.

When I first arrived no one was at the desk. Waited 15 min for someone to show up. He said everything was paid for then charged me 2 dollars per night. Not a big deal but there was no receipt or paperwork showing what I paid for. Sheets have a lot of wear and tear to the point that it caused a lot of itching. Sink would not drain properly. This location was in a very convenient spot.

Yes when we arrived for our stay, my husband entered so he can check us in, the front staff lady was extremely rude to him and gave him attitude and when he asked to check in. She said our room wasn’t ready, but she didn’t check our reservation nor did she look at the computer and when he asked if she could check she said no and to come back later. We arrived an hour later where I spoke to her and she still had the same attitude and would make little remarks under her breathe when we were checking in. I didn’t see her name tag but we checked in on 9/24 at 2, she was tan, with black hair and a mole above her lip. We won’t be coming back to this hotel as she was unprofessional and rude to all parties.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly and responsive. Location is great and very walkable with public transportation nearby if needed. Tons of nearby dining and shopping options. Just across the interstate from Universal Orlando Resort. Our only complaint was the lack of a proper seal around the door between us and the adjoining room, so we (and I’m assuming our neighbors as well) could visibly tell every time there was a lamp on, if the window shades were open, and hear every conversation our neighbors were having.

Had a really good stay great location, staff were great only downside is cleanliness could have been a lot better, stains on the bath and also the lampshades. Overall I would stay again but its just the basic things like cleanliness which is obviously I big thing people would be put off.
