If I could give a zero I would. The hotel is a run down MOTEL not hotel. It is old, and a coat of paint isn’t going to help it. We got locked in our room because the safety lock wouldn’t open the door. The sheets were terrible and we checked in on time and we had to ask for more pillows and blankets because they were so bad. No iron in the room. Shower curtain barely long enough to stay in the shower. No toiletries besides hand soap. 0/5⭐️ Room 105

This place was truly pleasant, of course this place has it wear and tears but for what you pay for the place it wonderful! The staff was nice and helpful. This place does have a bus that goes to the parks but just know it’s a routine bus, so it going to a lot of different hotel pick up people, so when coming back from the park there might be a long wait because there no bus, it’s possible drop off people and coming back. Came for a concert in Kia and Uni this place was convenience for both.

Monreale express

I have been here before but this time I checked in late and room was on 4th floor closest to the highway. The cars were so loud all evening. Also tv system was not working and they did not tell me this when I checked in. I wanted to relax with a movie and wasted 10 minutes with remote before I called front desk. Then they informed me. Not happy to be in a room with no tv service. I may stay there again as convenient for universal and reasonable but will ask for poolside room.

Definitely did NOT look like what was advertised on website. Bleach smell in room was very strong and made it very difficult to hang out in the room at all. Ring of black fuzzy dust along edges of all lampshades. Breakfast should be included for what is offered, a very basic continental is $11/ person. Very limited shuttle offering, only one trip there and back per day. Pool area is small and mostly shaded. Woman at front desk was not very hospitable, acted like attending to you is a bother. Overall not the most pleasant stay, but it was fairly cheap, so you get what you pay for.
