After checking in another people were also checked in to the same room. They saw my luggage and left. My room card got deactivated because of that and i had to go to the front desk in the middle of the night to prove that i was checked into that room so i can get my room cards. They charge again for the stay even tho it was already paid thru hotels.com.

It was shocking to see not 1 day but 2 days during breakfast that a young man was taking huge and i mean huge plates from the breakfast are and then putting the food into containers and then put containers in backpack. I felt it necessary to inform staff, front desk, and the cooks. 1st day he had 2 back backs full. I asked if he was a guest and cook replied yes. Advise they were working on a solution. This is horrible behavior. I'm sure you did not include breakfast as a carryout benefit. I saw where on the 2nd day he butted in line took all the eggs and left the woman standing in line now waiting for eggs. suggestion - Suggestion: Place language that states guests are not allowed to bring in container(s) or any other vessels to be used to remove food from the breakfast bar. If the happens you will be asked to check out immediately. I really enjoyed the breakfasts but the cook could hardly keep up with the man taking plate Fulls at a time. Like 40 sausages (he emptied the whole serving pan.) When I left today he was on his 5th plate of food of eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels, large drinking cup containers. potatoes and fruit. I saw him leave the hotel empty handed while the girl stayed. But I guess he was going to get another back pack. Maybe a ticket or someone serving the food might help the THIEF!

Everything about my stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable: The staff and the breakfast was good. Location is great. Easy to get in and out. The only downside was the water pressure and the pool Was a little dirty because of the rain and had t been cleaned yet. I was only there two nights.

Mr. Rivera was very helpful, professional, kind, and friendly. He made our stay worthy. He provided solutions and options whenever he had a question. The cleaning crew was helpful and respectful.

The rooms were nice and clean.beds were comfortable.I wasn’t happy that they charged us with parking,that should be free since we’re guests in the hotel.and the body wash in the bathroom was empty.Complained to desk on checkout and he was apologetic and was nice to reimburse
