Their billing department is terrible! They randomly add charges at checkout and won't give receipt for weeks. In my case they charged us daily parking for SEVERAL CARS (EACH at $25 + tax per day) when we only had ONE car for our family. Should be easy to resolve but its almost been a month now with no response. I have heard this happening to others now too. After coming here regularly for over 10 years I am questioning if I'd ever return after this terrible experience!

I recently stayed at Vistana Resort in Orlando, FL. Overall, it was a nice trip — the room was comfortable, the pool area was beautiful, and the staff was friendly. One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the daily $25 parking fee, which I wish had been included or at least mentioned more clearly beforehand. On our last day, I did spot a large bug in the room (probably because we were close to the highway), but it was nothing major and didn’t ruin our stay. All in all, a good place with great amenities, just be prepared for extra parking costs.
