Our stay at the Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas was brief (only one night), but it was great. Our villa was clean and very comfortable. I have nothing to complain about it. The only problem we had was finding the Welcome Center to check in. We arrived late at night, extremely tired from a busy day at the park, and couldn't find our way to the Welcome Center. It took us around 10 minutes to find the reception. I wish the gentleman who opened the gate for me when I entered the resort area had given me better instructions on how to get to the Welcome Center. He only told me to follow the car in front of me, but they were also lost. This is my only complaint. Better instructions and larger signs pointing to the Welcome Center would be greatly appreciated.

Check-in took a while. I waited in line for over 10 mins before I was helped. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Upon getting to our room, our key card did not work. They sent security to open our room and sent someone down to issue us new cards. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but they responded quickly. Overall, I would stay here again.

Room was clean but small. A friend was in same type of room, they had a toaster and we didnt. We had a tea kettle and they didnt.No oven mitts provided, but they sell them in their store for 25.00. Lots of work being done everywhere, they start very early in the morning. Someone pressure washed the sidewalk next to my car and my car got filthy. Grills on property were extremely hard to light, resulting in some burners kit others off, slowing cooking times. The pools were great, the store was great but pricey. I wont be back.

The resort is nicely kept and convenient to all the attractions. My only complaint is having to pay to park per day. I didn’t see that part of the reservation until it was booked and I got the detailed information.
