We had a wonderful time at this Sheraton Resort! The parking fee per day was unnecessary but overall was worth every penny. Lounging by the many pools and on site amenities were excellent. Staff was kind and courteous. A special shout out to Tessa! She was the fitness instructor who made our stay that much more enjoyable!

Good looking but uncomfortable & overcharged

Had a great holiday here in 2019 so returned. Unfortunately the room was much smaller though we booked the same type of villa, 1 bedroom with a sofabed. The sofabed is practically in the kitchen, with the noisy refrigerator and icemaker making noise all night. No light in the bedroom either except a bedside lamp. Unit also had an unpleasant odour. Mentioned this to the front desk and they offered me a discounted return stay which was nice but not particularly helpful. Also my card was overcharged and charged twice. Sent a message to the hotel 24hrs ago about it and still no response.
