There was so many fun activities and things to do. Easy access to the pool, water park , fishing. Lots more. Also, they were continually cleaning through the whole place. No complaints.

Great place for a family to stay. There are so many fun options. The water park was a hit with my kids. Only thing I didn’t like was wearing the color wristband during my whole stay. Also during check in the woman giving me my parking pass was laying it on thick trying to get me to go on a timeshare tour. The minute I said no her whole attitude changed and she was very dismissive.

It was overall good experience but check in was later than 4 o’clock. I had to push for it. And the fact that you can NOT use the pool after check out THAT WAS AT FIRST FOR ME… every hotel I have stayed has allowed me to remain in the premises.

Quick stop with add on activities

Nice property and spacious with extended family. Kids enjoyed water park and a quick stop on the drive down. Only at the gate, attendant didn’t find reservation and wasn’t welcoming.

The check in experience was great, room nice and clean. However, a sofa bed is advertised for the second bed in the room. There was no sheets, blankets or pillows left in any closet for that bed. We called for extras at 11pm for them to be brought to us. After 3 more additional calls we finally received them after 1am, and was treated like we were inconveniencing the staff by requesting them for our children to go to sleep. We also woke at 9:50 to no power in the room and am not sure how long the power was out for the food in the fridge to be good bc the room was hot when we woke up.

Disappointing Experience Despite Years of Loyalty This was our sixth stay at the resort, and sadly, it turned out to be the most disappointing one yet. Due to a storm, our flight was canceled and we weren’t able to arrive in Florida until the following day. We contacted the resort immediately to inform them of the delay and called again the next day to reschedule our check-in. To our surprise, we were told that our reservation had been canceled due to a no-show—even though we provided proof of our canceled flight. Despite our loyalty and the circumstances being completely out of our control, the new management still charged us for the first night with no flexibility or empathy. Expedia did their best to advocate on our behalf, but unfortunately, the resort staff remained inflexible and unaccommodating. So we had to rebook the stay through Expedia. We’ve been staying here since the days when it was still Liki Tiki, and it’s clear that the recent management change has negatively impacted the level of service. Our room was not fully stocked upon arrival, and housekeeping came while we were still in the room, so we missed that service entirely. On a brighter note, the bar staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and the one highlight of our trip. As long-time returning guests, we expected a little more understanding and hospitality. Sadly, this experience has made us question whether we’ll be returning in the future.
