We couldn't have asked for anything more, this house had everything we needed and lived up to all of our expectations! Ted was very easy to communicate with over the past year since I first booked the property and answered every question I hadvery promptly. We have stayed at Solterra Resort in the past and enjoyed the previous property as well and so we all had high expections for this one to live up to the last but it by far exceeded all of our expectations. We were a large family of 15 guests, ranging from and an infant, younger children, teens, young adults and grandparents. This house suited everyone and we all had plenty of space to live together for 10 days. The pool and spa were always well heated and very well maintained If we choose to return to Flordia we will definitely look into renting this property again.look into this rental withing within

This house has it all! Everything you think you need, they have available. We had a diverse group of people staying with us ranging from a year old to adults. Perfect for all ages. As a Mom with a 1 year old the pool gate was top notch. Lay out was great and Ted was very responsive and made sure our stay was as expected. Will absolutely book this home again.

Beauty, well kept home.

Great spot. House was clean and well maintained. Lots to do for the kids and the kitchen was well equipped for adults. Rooms were spacious and beds and linnens comfy. No complaimts by any of our 14 guests.

A great place for families to gather

We loved everything about this property. Well supplied. The beds were comfortable. Subtly designed with some Disney themes, not overwhelming. Within walking distance of clubhouse. The clubhouse pool had many options to keep us entertained.

Beautiful home with all the amenities for a relaxing, fun, and comfortable vacation. Everything that you might need is available on site. The house was spotless. There were 12 of us ranging from 9 to 50+. We all enjoyed the house and had plenty of room. Clubhouse was good and location was great.

Amazing family reunion

This was such a great spot for our families to share! We had three generations sharing the house, and from infants to grandparents, all enjoyed the stay. The home is well laid out with plenty of space in the bedrooms, plus upstairs living room, downstairs living room and playroom in the garage. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We appreciated the indoor and outdoor dining seating, and the abundance of plates, cups and silverware. We loved having our own pool, but also being able to use the resort amenities. Management company was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Lively neighborhood

Steve the property owner very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Large home with lots of amenities which was more than enough for our small family. My daughter hit it off with the neighbor kids next door which really enhanced our stay. Close to Disney and celebration. I would book again if available. The only downside is the busy traffic on our exit from I-4. Pool toys pretty hosed and need to be replaced. Safe neighborhood with good security.

Fantastic!

Great property with tons of space! We stayed for a large family trip to Disney. Very easy commute to Disney parks (15-20 min). Had everything needed to make for an enjoyable stay. Extremely clean, modern furnishings, and very comfortable for a lot of people. The themes throughout the house are a great touch! Nice gated community, and easy check in and check out. Communication with host was very fast, and always friendly. Would absolutely stay at this property again.
