I was not advised that there would be a fee for my dog. When I was looking for a hotel for this day, I was searching for hotels I was looking for one that excepted pets. The hotel needs a lot of care and the carpet was stained in different areas of the hotel. Our bathroom was dirty (mold). The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was not very clean. Breakfast consisted of bagels, cereal, fruit some days, cereal, muffins, boiled eggs and oatmeal however the microwave didn't work to cook the oatmeal. I have stayed at other hotels with a far better breakfast. The reviews I read said it was a nice hotel and good breakfast, however I highly disagree.

Trisity at the front desk was fantastic. She had me checked into my room ln 5 minutes. She was very courteous. I wish that all Hotels had people with this standard. Room was very clean and the other staff was also very thoughtful.

Excellent experience with the staff and the rooms, only donwside was the breakfast that could have more variety. One Day the staff didn't refilled the hard boiled eggs and cheese meanwhile we were on the breakfast area (about 7:30 am) But as stated before the hotel was great, great location and gladly we'll come back again

Location was great, and the staff was very friendly. Aside from that, this place leaves a lot to be desired. Our room had a bit of a musty smell. The living room had no TV. Our room had no cups and no ice bucket. The bathroom door and bedroom door hit each other when both open - not a good design. The sub-par breakfast was nothing but bagels and cereal. I expected more from a Hilton.
