The villas we got were amazing. Super spacious, the kids had their own space and we had ours. Pool was great, volleyball, ping-pong, bump boats....we had an AMAZING TIME!!

I booked this as a solo trip to relax. I felt completely safe and would not have to leave the resort grounds if i didnt want to because of what the resort offered. Stayed in one bedroom villa, which was outstanding and included full kitchen, balcony, comfortable king bed, just to name a few. The room was newly furbished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They shuttle on the resort was great to take you wherever you needed to go within the resort, but especially to the extrance to catch the trolley. I would definitely stay at the resort again!

Didnt appreciate all the loud maintenance taking place on the roof. Spill orange chemical looking water all over my patio, deafening generators running, workers shouting from rooftops, groundskeepers running blowers at 7:30am on a Sunday and Monday to groundskeep. Couldnt get through to front desk reception to complain. Finally got through to complain and then i was put on hold for ten minutes. I inevitably hung up - no one called back to address my concerns. Was misled on purchasing a Universal Stuidos pass from reception/conceirge desk under the guise of attending a sales session. Pool that we had access to from our unit had ring of scum around the entire perimeter. No one had obviously cleaned in some time. Whole family got Norovirus but that could have been caught anywhere previous - not putting that on the hotel. Other issues but cant be bothered to list here.

Pool was extremely crowded and there wasn’t nearly enough chairs. The bar out at the pool only had one person working every day, and it was swamped. She did fantastic, but she deserved to have some help. Walls were so thin , could hear all talking and tv from the room next door.
