The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. It is an older building but updated. We were stopping for a quick overnight rest. It worked fine. I give it 4 instead of 5 because the materials are good but not great, there is free coffee but no breakfast and the sign to find to motel is not easy to see.

Air conditioning did not work, shower didn’t work until they came and fixed it. stain on wall, dog scratches of bathroom door and bathtub, internet was down. coffee not offered the times I needed it and no coffee in rooms. no elevator and stairs by my room were closed off. Many people with dogs which were barking offten

Everything is good. The people are nice. It’s just that when I came there the room does not have ref and microwave. Was told since I booked with hotel.com then the standard room does not have those even if the pictures show it has both of them. So I went back to the receptionist and pay for few extra dollars to get the room with ref and microwave. Overall the stay was good and people are nice.

Clean rooms, The evening shift gentleman helped me with my reservation and I was able to check in and get into my room with quick and easy with great customer service. He answered all my questions that I asked. I am giving him a 5 star review. Thank you very much I had a great stay...🙂
