Welcome to this beautiful and spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home located in the prestigious Bella Vida Resort, just minutes away from Disney, shopping, restaurants, and all major Orlando attractions.

This home is perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing vacation experience.

The space
First floor:
1 queen suite (shared bathroom)

POOL HEATER: The pool heat is not working.

BBQ Grill is available to use for a $65 fee, the guest is responsible to refill the tank if needed.

Starter kit :

• 1 kit with soap and shampoo (hotel size) in each bathroom.
• 1 toilet paper in each bathroom.
• 1 dish soap.
• 1 paper towel.
• 1 trash bag.
• 1 sponge
• 2 dishwasher pod

Please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to buy extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, salt + pepper + sugar, and laundry detergent if you want to wash towels or clothes during your stay.

We don't provide washcloths.

The place is very spacious and has a bathroom in each room. The check in process was a little frustrating. The address listed took you to the back gate. It would be helpful if the gate address was listed instead of just the house address. We reached out with no response when we had trouble finding the gate. There are a lot of rules for this home once you book the property so beware. Like i stated, A LOT of rules. Overall, this is a very nice home and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of room as stated. However, the couch is not comfortable and should be replaced. It would also be helpful if the check out was later than 10 AM. I did not like that threat of being charged 50 plus if you are 10 minutes late checking out.

The house was huge, beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable, but could have used more pillows. The host communicated promptly and we had a great stay. We would stay here again.
