Beautiful views from my window in the 15th floor. I can see Epcot’s ball lit up. Awaiting for the fireworks in 4 minutes. Walking trail and peloton bike at the gym. The building includes a parking garage very convenient.

Anniversary Staycation

When we first got into the resort at our arrival time, our room was not ready. So we left until we were text the room was ready. Then, when we got to the room, the room was hot. So, we lowered the A/C and left to allow the room to cool. When we came back a couple of hours later, the temperature was still the same. We call customer service and they had someone come to the room and check out the thermostat. The staff fixed the problem and the room began to cool. When we took a shower, the drain to the shower was very slow, so we literally had our own pool in the shower. At one point we thought the water was going to spill out onto the bathroom floor. That was never fixed. The pool area was nice (but we stayed in the quiet area (adult pool). Overall it was okay and my husband and I had a relaxing Anniversary staycation weekend.

Great resort ambiance. Colorful decor. Only problem was the pool area was under construction causing eye sore and two hot tubs not working. Did not like bar was inside. Seemed like a long walk from our beach chairs to go inside to order food snd drinks.

Great Holiday, thank you.

Arrived late at night and given a room suitable for someone with a disability, not us, so asked for another room and this was sorted really quickly. Thanks. Found the location quiet but close to all major routes so no problem. Room was big and spacious, one room suite with full kitchen, and nice balcony for restful time. Pools and facilities were very good, helpful and friendly staff. I read some feedback before we came and can only assume the US visitors expect much more than us Brits.
