Another excellent stay

Fully equipped spacious kitchen, washer + dryer in unit. Spacious rooms. Any Disney Park just a short drive away (you can get "home" stopping only 1 traffic lights!!! Well kept property. We keep coming back every year:) The stuff is very friendly and helpful. We just love this place.

Pros: Pleasant villa, very confortable. Clean and safe. Quiet and well organized. I will recomend it. Cons: rooms have rugs that are difficult to maintain clean and odorless. Outside building looks old and needs to be painted (at least the one where i was).

First thing we liked is we were able to check in a few hours early at no extra charge. We were also given a little extra time to check out. During check in the staff was extremely nice and gave recommendations of places good to eat nearby. The room was a great size. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside was i wish they had more resort options but the price could not be beat for the price.

mostly great

i did find a dead roach in our room. checked out the whole place before complaining and didn't find any other evidence or see any more the rest of our time there. The pool bar hours were not very convenient to being out and about at parks. This applies generally to the pool area, these places could really use pool areas open to midnight or 1am so you can recover in the hot tub after a long park day. overall the room and grounds were nice enough and it seemed like there was a lot to do for families looking to do a resort day as opposed to a park day. staff was pretty friendly for our stay watch out for the speed bumps

The staff was friendly and responsive to text messages. The room looked very outdated and one of the showers didn’t have hot water. Overall, the location was great but I don’t think I would stay here again.
