Super cute and very spacious house! It is conveniently located 6 minutes away from Universal and 20 minutes from Disney. The place is clean, in a super quiet neighborhood. You will have all the pots and pans you need to cook for your family, which is always nice. The communication was great and super prompt.

So close to the park!

We had a great experience staying here during our daughter’s cheer competition at universal studios. It’s actually cheaper just to Uber back and forth instead of fighting traffic and paying for parking. The kitchen is super cute and rooms are spacious. The backyard overlooks a pond and provides a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Host was accommodating and communicative. Our only complaint was the noisy rooster that lives nearby and likes to announce his presence quite often.

The place was as described in the online listing. The host were very responsive. We were there for two short days, so did not get a chance to call them and talk to them about the fact that there was no soap in the bathrooms. There was something going on with the cooling system for the master bedroom. It stayed very hot while the other rooms were very chilly.

We stayed to visit Universal, we rented a vehicle and were at the Park in less than 5 minutes. The house was clean and we had no issue with any neighbors. The only negative I have was the front door, the bottom of the front door was dragging on the floor on the inside. I was the only one strong enough in the group to shut the door. Overall it was a great experience and would use this property again.

Perfect festival vibes

This place was the absolute perfect little spot for our relaxing time after the festival my friends and i attended. Everything was within close proximity and only a 20 minute drive from the venue. The place was super clean and well maintained and communication was phenomenal!! We would stay here next year, loved it!! Perfect size for our group!
