Based in one of Kissimmee's finest communities, just a short distance from the award-winning Remington Golf Course, this 5-bedroom villa has all the amenities to make your stay a memorable one.
Take a dip in the south facing pool or relax and gaze out over the lake to the rear of the property. Kids (and adults!) will love the pool and the privacy of no immediate rear neighbors.
Ideally located to Orlando International Airport and the theme parks, but far enough away to enjoy beaches, shops, and restaurants typically used by locals. MILEAGE TO THE WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 18 MILES AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS IS APPROXIMATELY 20 MILES.
TVs in all 5 bedrooms and one in the living room. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. On the ground floor there is a TV room / dining room / and a second sitting area. Modern kitchen with all utensils/cutlery and all necessary pots and pans. There is also downstairs half bath and a pool table.

We loved this property!!
We wish we more time here; it’s a lovely home conveniently located in a very nice area. The home is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication was very easy too, I always got a quick reply.

The house is huge. More room than we actually needed. The beds were pretty good. Family room was nice and the pool table was a plus. Some of the appliances are quite old. The cushions in the pool area were not that clean, however we made do with what was there. Pool was great. Overall our stay was great, would go back again.
