The rooms are a bit tired looking and there are no king-size beds (only queens) available, other than that it’s a great option if you are visiting SeaWorld. Hotel charges $25 for parking, which we didn’t realize. A very nice hot breakfast was included. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast hours (6-9) which leaves no option to sleep in if you want to eat in the morning. Also, there is a shuttle service to the park. SeaWorld charges quite a lot for parking, so take advantage of the complementary hotel shuttle. I’d recommend this hotel.

The exterior of the property was pretty clean. The staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. We had issues with the cleanliness of our room (1053) the floors were in terrible shape. The bathroom caulking and grout were were terrible condition. Our other issue was breakfast had small amount of options. No type of potato option, only waffles. Other than these issues everything was good. We won't be back unless these issues are to change.

Check in was smooth, conveniently located around a lot of places, comfortable beds. Downfall I was basically forced to stay here because I was unable to cancel my reservation 4 days ahead because they stated it was non refundable, i originally booked 5 nights and I stayed 4 nights instead of 5 nights due to a storm approaching and I did not feel safe staying in Orlando With My son JetBlue accommodated us to leave early and the hotel unfortunately did not, they did not refund me for the last night I did not stay due to having to leave early again and it was out of my control. Just so your aware if you book at this hotel if any emergencies pop up or anything that’s out of your control be aware you will lose your money because it’s NON REFUNDABLE NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE!!! Stay at your own risk.
