The breakfast was great! The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were in good condition but not great (both of the bathrooms in the suite could have been cleaned a little better and the couch was clearly worn and needs replacing) but overall the room was good enough to not complain to much about. The only thing that would keep me from booking this hotel again is the bathroom cleanliness. I have stayed at this hotel before but the room was much cleaner during my past stays, maybe changes unknown to me have caused a lapse in certain areas of the hotel.

I booked for 6 days on my room was only clean 1 day when ask if I could get my room clean and the 3rd day the manager told me my room is schedule to clean and the 4th day even when I tell her the bathroom drain wasn’t running properly and because of that the bathroom is very dirty plus we been sleeping on the same sheets for 3 days plus I have 2 young kids she still refuse to have some one clean our room don’t think I will be returning

I was charge 150 pet fee which I don’t have, and now the refund takes days. The breakfast was excellent clean rooms, beautiful hotel if it wasn’t for the incorrect charge in my bank account I would give 5 star but instead I am going to give 1 star.

The hotel staff was very good and friendly. We had a problem with AC that was swiftly addressed. As it was late night, front desk staff was very courteous and helped us by changing our room to a better one without any questions. It was a very good experience at the hotel and we hope to return in our next visit.
