Lady in the office customer service was good, but the rooms definitely need some upgrading. Doors are not fully closing and peeling, bathroom tub rotting, toilet seats are in poor condition.

I like this hotel. I go there every time I come back to the United States. The staff are great. The rooms are good and it’s in a good location

Staff was nice. Pool closes too early, 6pm. Water pressure in the shower in the room's shower was horrible, barely trickles. The water handle in the shower was also broken. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. TV was very tiny. Considering the price it was nice, has character. Biggest complaint would be the showers lack of pressure and the broken handle
