Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía , mis Hijos también lo disfrutaron ! 💦🏊‍♂️ Todos los trabajadores son amables , desde los que están recibiendo hasta las de la cocina . Y los de limpieza siempre atentos si necesitábamos algo en el cuarto . Muy buen desayuno y siempre rellenando de todo hasta la hora que terminaba (9:30) Sólo ir preparados sabiendo que el costo del parqueo es $15 por día . Con gusto regresaremos otra vez !

My only compliant is that my room smelled very very humid. The hotel and the staff was very nice. I loved the tike bar. It just needed a big fan, it was very hot the night that a eat their. The breakfast very good. Over all I was happy with my stay. I would stay here again.

Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful (a guy, I do not remember his name though). Breakfast area needs more waffle makers, stood in line to make waffles for 40 mins. Pull out couch had stains and tears One of our beds had a used bandaid stuck to the headboard. Property in general could use a face lift (outside and rooms) Good location with a lot around the area

I like the pools and tiki bar. The movie was a nice touch. And omg the pool was warm. Im from up north and our pools always cold.

We had 2 rooms. Both rooms the air conditioner was not working. The 2nd also had blood on the bed spread, air conditioner and curtains. Staff was quick to act and change both rooms. The rooms are large with sitting areas and well equipped baths. However the rooms have a lot of humidity making everything damp. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not get to use the the amenities because we stayed on a Tues and they do not become available until Wednesday. This should be stated.

Needed to stay in Kissimmee for business meeting early the next morning. Been to Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee area dozens and dozens of times through the years. Didn't need to be near Disney parks or properties so thought this hotel would be good for my business trip. If you are a young couple or young family or older couple on a budget, this hotel is still relatively close to Disney property. Can be within DisneyWorld within 12-15 minutes depending on traffic. That being said, this hotel is located in between US-192 and Osceola Parkway. Plenty of chain style dining options in the area. However, this hotel shows signs that it needs some TLC and has not been updated in some time. First surprise was being told there was $15 per night charge for parking. This was not included on Hotels.com listing. This has become the norm in Orlando, when it really is just a way to add on to the cost of each stay. Unfortunate. The elevators were quite messy and didn't appear to have been cleaned in sometime. The hallways and room was musty smelling, even with AC cranking at full blast. Bed was very firm/hard. Bathroom had water stains on the ceiling. Walls were paper thin, could hear people in adjoining room snoring and flushing their toilet. In the morning, the lobby was packed for the complimentary breakfast, which I didn't bother with, but when I tried to check out there was no one staffing the front desk and waited a good 10 minutes for some to show up. Will not stay again.

Has potential but we won’t be back.

This hotel has a lot of potential. It has three small cute pools, two with little sides, and a bar, plus tiny mini golf. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was good. My issue was it looks like a family, friendly resort, but I didn’t feel it was very friendly, friendly in that people had alcoholic drinks in the pools and we found a beer bottle by the kids slide, and this guy was smoking in the hot tub. People brought down their own radios, and were blaring their own types of music, and basically having a party and there was no one around to tell about any of it except an overworked bartender.
