Location, location, location! This property is conveniently located approx 10 mins driving distance from the heart of Lake Nona. Publix is also located within the same shpping center, 7-Eleven, Wawa and El Car Wash a couple of blocks out on the same road. The room was ample and the bedding super comfortable, clean, staff very attentive and very good breakfast served daily. Looking forward to our return in the near future.

I did not like the fact that no one came to clean the room my entire stay at the hotel. I was told I was scheduled for a “refresh” of the room on day two or three and it never happened. I called to confirm the guy at the front counter assured me my room would be cleaned. I came back to dirty towels, no tissue and no “refresh” of my room as promised. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or still pulling the Covid card but don’t waste your time if you want your room cleaned daily. Hotel wasn’t so bad esthetically (fairly new) but I think at minimum I should not have to go down and request towels, washcloths and tissue on your stay.

Nice hotel

Hotel was decent for an overnight stay for a medical procedure in the morning nearby at Nemours. Unfortunately we had a 6am check in time at the hospital, so we didn't get any breakfast at the hotel. That isn't the hotels fault though. Overall it was a decent stay. Room was very spacous which is great for wheelchair users. Only additional comment i can make is that the room didn't have a closet with extra bedding for the fold out bed.
