Our stay was disappointing due to several issues that were never properly resolved. Three out of the six games in the game room did not work, which was frustrating since that was one of the amenities we were looking forward to. We also found cockroaches in one of the bathroom areas. When we brought it up, we were told it was because of Florida’s climate, which did not address the concern.We paid extra for a crib, but there was no crib available when we arrived. After reaching out to maintenance and the host, a replacement was eventually delivered—but it was unsafe to use, missing screws, had a broken wheel, and wobbled badly. We reported this immediately, but no refund or resolution was offered.We also paid extra for a heated pool, but the pool was never heated. On top of that, we had to clean bugs and leaves out of the pool ourselves, and the skimmer provided was unsanitary, containing raccoon feces and urine. A usable skimmer wasn’t provided until the end of the second day. Despite sending photos, videos, and multiple messages to the host requesting refunds for the crib and pool, we received no response.Overall, the lack of working amenities, cleanliness concerns, safety issues, and poor communication made this a very disappointing experience.
