Fabulous, huge, 2100sf 2nd floor corner unit right next to the Main Pool and Clubhouse. Recently upgraded with a relaxing and modern style, with great views from the balcony over the pool area. Next to EPIC Universe, Universal Studio’s new theme park. Minutes to the other theme parks and you can walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.

THE SPACE
The spacious open floor plan has a living area with a huge sectional seating area, 60” Smart TV and dining area with seating for six. The kitchen with granite countertops is equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The den has a work space with a desk, a futon bed for one guest and a 55" Smart TV. Beyond the living area is a beautifully furnished balcony ideal for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee with a view of the main pool area. A full size laundry room means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

BED AND BATH
There are 4 spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a King size bed with a 55" Smart TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet and a vast master bathroom with his and hers vanities, oversized soaking tub, and large walk in shower. The guest suite has a King bed in one bedroom and two Full beds in the other. The 4th room has 2 queen beds. These rooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans, plus a full size family bathroom. All beds have top quality hybrid mattresses. We provide high quality cotton towels and bed linens.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community from Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD-Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only). Lake Cay Commons Plaza is also within walking distance.
