Our stay at Westgate Lakes was great from check in to check out .Our suite was super cute with the jacuzzi and big deck overseeing the waterpark. The resort is huge with many pools all over to choose from and a waterpark for the kids. We enjoyed the poolside bar while we chilled at the pool, game night at the activity center , the young ladies hosting were amazing , the Draft Sports bar was great as well, try their garlic Parmesan wings! Staff there was amazing and fast, drinks were tasty. The pizza spot was hot and tasty, along with the market store with basic essentials needed for the night . There is a shuttle service to Universal which we used , and Seaworld was only 15 mins away. Great stay and staff. We were never harassed to do a time share tour which we really appreciated :) SN.. the resort is “cashless”

The resort is well located, close to the parks , dinning and shoping. The unit we stayed is outdated, needs an upgrade. The laundry is really old and the space is dirty. No housekeeping during the 3 nights we stayed, the 4th day we left early morning. Finding a parking spot is not easy

764 / 5 000 Almost everything was perfect, just like last time. Plus, we had the privilege of being on the first floor. A lucky break for us with our broken legs! From the cleanliness and the well-heated pools to the welcome and the service, everything was perfect. The only negative point was the air conditioning. It wasn't like that in previous years. I wonder if it was the unit we were in, but when our neighbor set the temperature higher on their side, we couldn't lower ours. This meant our room was much too hot for our liking. After two days, we had to move to another unit. We had some relief from the heat for three days, and then the heat returned with the new neighbors... :(

First morning I woke up to a cold shower. Your solution was to run the hot tub for 15 minutes so my room rose to 80% humidity second morning. I walk to a cold shower because you didn’t fix things

Room was spacious and welll equipped. Unfortunately the shower was cold for 2 days and the place was dirty. Staff wasn’t helpful with shower. Long long walks with sporadic opportunities to ride.
