Booked a jacuzzi tub didnt get one.The resort fees are very high and I didnt use any amenities. I had to wait 45 mins for someone to bring me back to my room from the market where the bowling alley is not a bowling alley at all. My sink was also clogged had ro call maitenence.

The room was in good condition, staff members are nice but there was just a few things I that I did not love. The resort won’t allow uber or lyft pick up to the room door you must go to the lobby to get picked up, dropped off or get food deliveries. Totally fine except they promised a bus/ shuttle would come by every so often to drop us off to the front but it was never honored. I had to walk in heels to the lobby to go to a restaurant and I was pretty upset about that. Also had to walk with luggage at check out time. Not convenient at all! Housekeeping is upon request or atleast for short stays so you must call them for that so keep that in mind. Overall, nice resort, a lot of amenities but due to those small issues I won’t be staying here again.
