Was a great spot to stay. The staff were nice, place was clean and up to date. We would have booked for a couple more nights, but the waterpark ended up getting closed because of the weather.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was a studio suite, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and very friendly. We only had a problem with the hot water on the last night but we let the staff know so they could correct the problem. Overall I would def recommend staying there, especially for long family trips as the onsite amenities are great.

The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the jetted bathtub. That was much needed after a long day of walking at the theme parks. Also, it was in close enough proximity to the parks. I do wish there was daily housekeeping although I'm not sure if this was something we needed to ask for? The front desk staff was really nice. FYI this is a huge property so depending where your room is, you'll need to take a shuttle just to get to the main lobby which can be a bit of a hassle but thankfully, their staff is very accommodating and would take us on a golf cart if we didn't feel like waiting.

The room and the staff were really good! I’m giving 3 start due to the water park we couldn’t use it, they should let us know before doing the reservation that why I selected the resort to spent the Sunday with the kids at the water park and it is under maintenance
