Best deal for a family vacation. There are medium size pools by every building. Water park is on the property (Clean and not crowded). Lots of sidewalks (we traveled with the baby) convenient with the stroller. Arcade, several restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store. Plenty of parking at no charge. Friendly staff. Nicolas Deprimo, front desk manager, went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue with double booking. I really appreciate it! Definitely coming back.

My keys initially did not work. guy at front desk was talking to his and ignored me. I flagged down another employee to get him to give me new keys. The was other people's hair all over the bathroom. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and ready to help. Family friendly property. The Pizzeria was under construction, which limited the on-site dining options to Drafts Sports bar and The Bistro which were both pretty good. The Serenity Spa was the best part of my stay. I left the Spa feeling so much better thanks to masseuse PAMELA. She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Pamela did an phenomenal job focusing on my problem areas. I was impressed from start to finish. Bug kudos to Pamela.👏

The property was great. Pools were great. Staff was helpful and very friendly. The only thing that was not great was our bed. It looked amazing and felt soft when I sat on it and slipped my shoes off but we did not sleep well one night. It was like the bed tried sliding you off the bed unless you were in the middle. One more thing was that at night the A/C would turn off and we all woke up because it was hot in the room. We would turn the temp down but each night it kept happening so we were exhausted from being in the parks and getting horrible sleep.

It was clean and comfortable. The room we were in is somewhat outdated, but has been kept clean. We enjoyed the water park and went to a couple of the pools. We would definitely come back again.

Employees (some) made faces and would not speak back to my special needs daughter...the photos show this colorful resort with so much to do...when that's just not true..the screened in patios make it hard to take photos of the outside nature too...somethings happened and I spoke to the managers boss...and I felt it fell on death ears!...I will NEVER go back to that resort...and this is the first time every saying this as I frequent resorts all the time...this is by far the worst 💔
