New remodel is everything! Nice staff! Rooms large not tiny teeny like most hotels - feel like home away home and the shower / jet tub is amazing! It’s worth every dollar! Great amenities and the game room is nice! I’ll be back, I always come back! We need more Westgates in Florida please!!!!!

I was checked into a room that was already occupied this could have caused harm to me. when address i was interrogated by security than assigned to another room that was supposed to be an upgrade for my troubles which was also a disappointment because the shower flooded the bath room but maintance was sent right away to fix the problem it only decreased the flooding because the shower was still leaking water on the floors then when we used the dishwasher it over flowed and the whole kitchen floor was wet. after the shower flooded the bathroom, we used every towel in the suite to get the water up and requested more and was asked questions about why i needed them. i was told that I would received the resort fee refunded (102.00) but only received 92.00 refunded again another disapointment went to the reasturant to get food and the bar server Tyler ignored us until we made it known then he still slowly acknowledged us took our order and we asked him to turn the TV he never did so we just left eith eating

I always stay at Westgate Resort Town Center when I'm in Orlando. I use to be an owner. So much has been upgraded since I have been there in 2022. I love the upgraded game room, Mexican restaurant and Sids. The rooms of course are always clean and tidy and customer service always top-tier

So a bit of a mixed bag as far as my stay, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. However, the major problem is with the room type I was in was that they are split into A and B side. If you're put on the B side you better hope there is no one on the A side because according to the staff the A side controls the B side. I found this out the hard way when I turned my room down to 68 in preparation for bed and the next thing I know the room is 79 degrees because the people on the A side wanted heat. The other problem was I had to talk to 2 staff members before I found someone actually helpful that helped me to move to a different room. However, even in the new room in the morning I could not get it to heat up. Unfortunately, despite the rooms being nice and spacious, I don't think I'll be staying here when I'm in Orlando because of the HVAC situation. Paying for a room and not even being able to control whether I get AC and heat is unacceptable.

We stayed in Building 5100, Room A, and had a mixed experience. Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen, dining table, separate living area, bedroom, and a bathroom with a hot tub. The location was excellent, close to the Disney parks, with plenty of parking and low noise levels. The pool near our building was clean with great hours. The main resort pool with the lazy river and slides was fun, and Javier the security guard was attentive, polite, and friendly. The Mexican restaurant on site had good food, drinks, and service. Check in and check out were easy. Cons: Cleanliness and service were disappointing. Upon arrival, we found a clipped fingernail in our bed. We called room service at 4:00 pm, but no one arrived until nearly 10:00 pm after multiple calls. We also requested room cleaning for the next day, which was approved, but the room was never cleaned. Water pressure in the bathroom was very poor. Paying extra to access the main resort pool felt unreasonable, especially since it closed for cleaning for almost an hour and a half, leaving limited time before closing. Bar drinks were good, but lines were long due to only two bartenders, and the second floor bar never opened, forcing guests downstairs. Overall, the room and location were strong, but service issues and extra fees negatively impacted our stay.
