💥THE WATERPARK IS NOT INCLUDED! 💥This is not disclosed, but it is $25/pp per day!!!! The upper level in the photo is for little kids. There is a height maximum, so my 5th grader was told she could not go down the slides. Basically this left the lazy river, the two larger slides that went to the lower level, and the shallow pool in the lower level. I’m not sure what we were paying $25/pp per day for! They also hound you heavily to join the timeshare tour from the moment you check in. You check in and then in order to get your parking pass, they pass you to the timeshare table, who hold your pass hostage while they try to sucker you into their 90 minute tour. When you say no, they call you the next day and their efforts to pressure you persist. Then they stop by and drop off a letter to try and get you to join. It really cheapened the whole experience and the waterpark not being an extra cost ruined the entire stay for me. My rental car was also damaged in the parking lot the first night and they have no cameras out there. Shocking for the size of the resort and how many people are there at one time. It’s a huge resort and they offer a ton of daily activities, which was nice. They also have several restaurants on site. I have asked them to update the Expedia listing to notify people of the per person charge for the water park. It’s very misleading and not cheap for large families!!!!

Front desk did not inform of us of a text # for customer service. There was no # to get assistance. We went without new towels until the last day of the visit. The bolt on the door didn’t work, safe didn’t work. Customer service reached out on the last day and we got 2 of 4 items fixed. Had to text twice, they forgot to fix the service items. Hidden additional fees to stay on resort.

The condo was outdated. There wasn’t one usb or c chargers outlets, stucco ceilings, and windows didn’t open. There was dog poop stains on the floor that people’s roller bags dragged from the elevator across the outside walkway to the rooms remained their for 5 of the 8 days I was there. Your condo door lend to a short hallway that lend to your condo and another condo door. If the outside door was not closed all the way, a wizzing sound blared from the hallway. If that didn’t wake me up several times, the sounds of a dog barking did. The walls were thin and after the family left with the barking dog, it was replaced with a crying baby. There was always a long excessive line to enter the resort. You can say it was to keep it secure, but I just showed the paper outside jacket of the key card and gained access without sharing any other information. Check-in was a joke and it was the started of many ploys to sell you time share or nickel and dime you. They show a big beautiful pool and I choice this resort because of the pool, then was told I would need to pay $25 per person a day to use it or I could attend a time-share tour. I honestly don’t know what the resort fee was for. I was contacted daily for time share. They sent daily text-messages and letters. I wanted nothing to do with the resort after the pressure sale at check in. I could not imagine how bad it would have been if I went on the tour. It is an outdated resort and I would not go back.

The service was great at this property. It was midnight and our washer/dryer stopped working. We were worried because we were in the middle of the wash with an early morning event. They sent someone over to fix it despite how late it was and took care of our laundry. The appliance was replaced the next day. We also loved all the resort had to offer in terms of entertainment. You never have to leave the property!
