The villa is found on un' plateau of the Oroseina coast to 1,5km from the sea online d' air, in the middle of the wild nature of this wonderful earth. It is introduced with a masonry style characteristic of ancient medioevali constructions, thick walls in order to concur the coolness also in the warmer hours of the day, a wide stay more kitchen made in peasant style with mix of chestnut tree and a marble of orosei. Wonderful rustic retreat
Mario and Franchesca are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful, quiet, surrounded by nature. Would definitely recommend to come and would stay again ourselves. Within 15 mins in the car you reach multiple beautiful beaches, groceries, restaurants, gelato, everything you could want for a erfect family beach holiday. Highly recommned!

Geweldige plek, fijn huis
Een heerlijke, écht stille plek. Fijn huisje met een geweldige tuin die met veel liefde en aandacht is aangelegd. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Handig om te weten: de bedden zijn slecht 1.9 meter lang, dus als je zelf wat langer bent kan dat wat lastig zijn. En een comfortabele zitplek (stoel of bankje) zou fijn zijn. Nu zijn er alleen keukenstoelen/bankje zonder leuning en van die ouderwetse (maar leuke!!) canvas strand/ligstoelen. Maar verder alles ruim aanwezig en we hebben genoten. Wij hadden in eerste instantie geen airco genomen, maar toen het toch behoorlijk koud was voor de tijd van het jaar (mei) was die toch prettig om warme lucht te leveren dus hebben we die alsnog genomen. Wij komen hier nog wel eens terug. Dank je wel Francesca en Mario Un ambiente delizioso, molto silenzioso. Bene cottage con un grande giardino con un sacco di amore e attenzione. I proprietari sono molto cordiale e disponibile. Buono a sapersi: i letti sono male 1,9 metri di lunghezza, quindi, se si possiede un po' di più sono che cosa può essere difficile. E un confortevole soggiorno (sedia o panca) andrebbe bene. Ora ci sono solo cucina sedie/panca senza schienale e di quelle vecchio stile (ma divertente!) tela spiaggia/lettini da sole. Ma tutto altro più di presente e noi abbiamo goduto. Inizialmente abbiamo non avuto nessun condizionamento d'aria, ma quando era ancora abbastanza freddo per il periodo dell'anno (maggio) era ancora piacevole per fornire aria calda così abbiamo preso loro. Siamo venuti qui a volte. Grazie mille Francesca e Mario.

Fantastic
The house and grounds are beautiful; the location (close to the town but not in the town) was perfect for us. We have two children ( 8 and 3 years) they loved the garden, especially the olive trees and the hammock! Francesca was there whenever we needed her but otherwise we had complete privacy. A very easy place to recommend.

Wunderschöner Garten inmitten von Olivenhainen
Wir haben als Familie (Baby und 2 Kinder bis 6 J.) für eine Woche im Haus von Francesca und Mario gewohnt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit Francesca war immer prompt und sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Steinhaus liegt in einem himmlischen Garten, der liebevoll von Francesca und Mario gepflegt wird. Wir wurden netterweise mit frischen Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Zucchinis versorgt. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden inmitten von Olivenhainen und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe und kann den tollen Garten mit sogar einem kleinen bisschen Meerblick ganz für sich genießen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt allerdings kein W-LAN. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ferien im Olivenhain
Wundervolles Ferienhaus in absoluter Alleinlage. Das Haus wurde liebevoll saniert und ist in einem tadellosen Zustand, hier fehlte es an nichts. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Für Familien mit Kinder ist das Haus bestens geeignet , da es vollständig umzäunt ist und es in jeder Ecke des Gartens viel zu entdecken gibt. Zum Grundstück gehört etwas abseits gelegen, ein kleiner Bauernhof mit Katzen, Hund, Hühner, Schafe und sogar ein Schwein. Der Hund ist sehr klein und sehr liebevoll zu allen Gästen. Unser Kind hatte sehr viel Spaß und konnte sich nur schwer von den dort lebenden Tieren wieder trennen. Francesca, nochmals vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die nachträglich gesendeten Bilder der Katzen für unsere Tochter.

Wundervolles Haus
Das Haus war für unsere Familie perfekt und sehr sauber. Vorallem dee Garten war wundervoll. Die Vermieter Mario und Francesca warensehr nett, hilfsbereit und sofort verfügbar wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gab.

Einfach Wunderbar
Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei Francesca für das tolle Haus bedanken. Die Anfrage wurde sehr schnell (Innerhalb von 3 Stunden),bestätigt.Die wichtigsten Infos und Informationen wurde sofort vermittelt und die Fragen beantwortet. Wir wurden sehr herzhaft und freundliche in Empfang genommen.Wir durften das Haus sogar vorher beziehen, als eingentlich angegeben. Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bildern zusehen. Der Vorgarten ist wunderschön gehaltne und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und charmant eingerichet.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entpannend .Die Klimanlage war sehr hilfreich in den sehr heissen und wunderschönen Tagen. Die Mülltrennung wurde regelmässig mitgenommen (Compost). Wir haben unsere Ferien genossen und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Ich würde das Haus jedem ermpfehle die Auszeit und Ruhe braucht und gerne in der Natur ist.

Magique... un séjour parfait !!!
Francesca est une hôtesse adorable ! La communication a toujours été fluide même si elle ne parle pas français ou anglais 😉?. Adorable en nous offrant les tomates de son jardin également ... 😊?La maison est comme sur les photos. Un espace sain, refait à neuf et parfait pour les vacances. Une terrasse super agréable et une tranquillité hors du commun. Aucun voisin ! C’était ce que nous cherchions. Et tout ça dans une région merveilleuse comme Orosei. Bref, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille. Nous y reviendrons !
