Great Location

It was conveniently located at the exit from a train station which made travelling from Kyoto and around the city smooth. The onsen was also a plus to relax after exploring daily.

Didn’t purchase a suite and didn’t expect a huge room but this one was kind of small. Not too bad for 2 people with backpacks tho. Very clean room and comfortable bed.

Solo traveller with a large checked luggage. I found the room a little tight but it was mostly a place to sleep. Being above Higobashi station makes it easy to reach both Osaka station (airport express transit) and Namba station for Dotonbori. 9 minute walk to Yodoyabashi station to reach Shin-Osaka (shinkansen) is also fantastic. Amenities like towels, toothpaste, and disposable coffee cups were left in a bag on the door daily around cleaning time so I always had a fresh set, and the room was cleaned every 3 days by staff, or sooner on request. Check out was seamless. I would definitely stay here again

Front desk concierge is bilingual, friendly, and made my check in very quick and easy. The hotel itself is very close to Higobashi Station, and if you are adventurous, you can walk to either Dotonbori, or Osaka Station, fairly quickly.. basically the hotel is in a great location!

I had a very convenient stay at this hotel in Osaka. The location is excellent, right in front of a metro station, making it super easy to get around the city. The single room was just right for one person—compact but with enough space for everything I needed. It was clean and well-organized, perfect for a short stay.
