Convenient store across the street and small market within one block. Love that it is only a two block walk to the subway. Although the staff were not fluent in English. They readily used translation apps and were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it be public bath and sauna facilities were excellent. It was very convenient that the information was on the home screen of the television regarding how vacant or crowded the public bath was. They also had a coin operated washer and dryer.

It was just overall okay. I understand the space would be small do to it's Japan but it was kinda small. Also the price i paid was more then the day of price. Wasn't happy about that. Then when i needed to ask a question even with a translator they still have me a hard time. I can look passed a lot of everything put together just made this place a 3 star stay. When i paid cheaper in Japan many times and gotten a lot more

The staff was professional and helpful. As a non-Japanese speaker, I found them to be kind and patient. Love the bag drop off service ( both before check-in and after checkout). As a single traveller, the room was just big enough. Keep in mind it’s even smaller than what I thought it would be, but the use of space is well planned. Those with mobility issues would have a hard time to step up in the bathroom and tub. So keep that in mind. I was so glad there were no tour bus loads of people staying here like other properties I saw in other areas. The breakfast was delicious and generous. I would definitely stay at this property again. We didn’t stay our full stay here due to the renovations. Early morning her banging & drilling. Bed very very hard. In a very quiet are but if you want shopping it’s train ride.

This is a great location if you are looking to explore the Osaka area! A less than 5 minute walk to the nearest station and there is an onsen (hot spring) available in the hotel. Just a heads up that those with tattoos will not be able to use the onsen, but those who don’t will be able to enjoy!

Hotel is a walking distance from the train station. So it is very convenient. It's a small compact hotel, but rooms like just slightly bigger than the usual APA chain. Staff are generally nice and helpful.

The hotel is overally good and it is right next to the osaka metro. It was immaculately clean and helful amd froendly staff. However the hotel only has a single washing machine and dryer in the locker room of the onsen. To use the washing machine alone is 500 yen. And the dryer another 500 yen. And between the opening hours of the onsen you have people queing to use it or just keep popping in and out seeing if it is free. Also there are no irons. Only a trouser press that doesnt work. There should be a dedicated room with multiple washer dryer machines and vending machines like every other hotel.
