Pictures were deceiving. By the time we saw the room and amenities we asked for refund and they refused. We were caught. Ensnared. Duped. Good business if they cared about customer satisfaction would have been a compromise. They absolutely are not customer first organization.

Great hotel. Great location in Shinsaibashi area. Very convenient. Room is not big but comfortable. Toilet and shower in separate rooms with lavatory inside the room…strange arrangement but works if you are a couple. Skype is lovely with separate male and female onsen.

The staff in this hotel was amazing. They were gracious, accommodating, and went way out of their way for a couple of exhausted Americans, on the last night of their trip, melting down after being lost in the Tokyo Central Station. When we arrived after 14 days of flawless reservations and travel, we were informed that I had booked the wrong night before our flight back to Denver the next day. They courteously scoured the hotel for a remaining unoccupied room and provided us with an upgraded room for a nominal cost. Our room, an Executive Twin, was the nicest room (suite) we stayed in after wonderful, luxury accommodations in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. It was beautifully appointed and had a large floor plan. I can't say enough about the staff. They are terrific!!!
