The hotel itself was clean and updated. The area of the city was older and rundown. We still felt safe but you could say this was an area that many tourists wouldn't normally visit.

Good overall, room service was exceptional. However, the air conditioning unit produced a foul odour that smelt sour likely due to a lack of cleaning or maintenance.

Very clean and spacious room, beds were comfortable, noise level was a bit much at times but didn't mind it all that much, it's right next to a station so you hear the trains all day and night, but all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Room wasn’t super clean when we got there. Nice surprise that there was a toilet in our room but there was no soap to wash your hands with after. Sinks were in the hall. Showers had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was nice.

The room was a bit small for 3 people but for the price it’s honestly perfect. The nearest train station is a 7 minute walk and the nearest 7-11/ lawson is about 5 minutes. The room was very clean and so were the bathrooms and the showers. The staff were very friendly(on both sides).Wil definitely stay here again!
