I have stayed at the Four Seasons in many cities but this property is not worth the name. Poor layout of our room which could not accommodate the third bed as advertised on the website. They could not find us a better room!! The shower door is so close to the floor that it drags the floor mat. Automatic blinds malfunctioning. Avoid this property

The hotel itself was really great. A beautiful room, super clean and the spa was great too. Though I found the overall service a bit bumpy. Some language issues as there were a lot of employees not so fluent with English nor Japanese.

New hotel with friendly staff. Enjoyed the pastries downstairs and cocktails at the bar with a great view. The property is clean and well maintained. The location was just ok, not a lot to do within the walking distance.
