The room was adequately sized and comfortable. Great location near Hommachi station Chuo and Midosuji lines. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and the cappuccino’s were perfect.

The service was great, and the location is in a ritzy and convenient part of Osaka. The mattress was more comfortable than most in Japan. As a side sleeper, I found that it had just a bit more give than others in Japan, but still what might be considered Extra Firm in the U.S. The breakfast buffet is good and lively with lots of visitors.

The hotel has good sized rooms and in a great location of osaka. Staff are also wonderful. Only negative is the breakfast is always crowded into a small space, this needs to be fixed.

Amazing property with great access to Subway trains, shopping and great coffee areas. Room was amazing and bed and pillow and bathroom and room amenities was luxury. Pure luxury. I didnt like the breakfast as I am a fitness minded person and choice and selection was very very minimum. However, there are many cafes closeby which will be the best roasteries in Japan. Normal checkin was 3pm but I arrived early. The staff were so great, they gave me a an amazing corner room with views without hesitation. iHG Membership goes a long way. Even got late checkout at 2pm. Loved this brand, people and the hotel. Will come back 100%z
