It was not what I expected. I was very pampered by the other two hotels in Japan and I was very disappointed at this one. They gave one of the highest floor. The hotel reception staff did not make me feel welcome.

The room was very clean with plenty of ammenities. The only downside was the bathroom smelled a bit damp. Breakfast each morning eith a big selection and we found the hotel in a convenient location for everything in Osaka and to travel to other places nearby.
