Hotel is in a great location, close to Osaka station and right on top of a great Lawson convenience store. Easy walk to the station and river, plenty right outside to see with loads of dining and shops. Very clean and comfortable, quite small inside the only drawback

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is great and near entrances to the train station. There are underground shopping/restaurants near the hotel which can connect to Osaka station. I was confused walking through it but followed signs for "JR" and eventually found my way to Osaka station. The indoor onsen (spa) is open from 6am-midnight which was great after a long day of walking. A Lawson convenience store and pharmacy is located on the ground floor of the hotel. One potential con is the hotel is positioned right on a main street which means you can probably hear car noises or general noise pollution from your room.

Had a great stay! The hotel is located in a perfect area close to most trains, and the neighborhood it sits in is very walkable. I knocked it down a star only for a three reasons: the elevators are slightly annoying to operate consistently stopping at the lobby floor which is not the ground floor. The bed & pillows were hard and very comfortable. With all these small issues, i would still recommend this hotel. English friendly, and a lot of great, kind, people in the local businesses.

Great location within walking distance of Umeda and Osaka stations. Having a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor was very handy. The room was clean and quiet on the upper floors, though there was a mild unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

The room is clean. The location is close to restaurants, a convenient store and a pharmacy. Across the street you can go to the underground passage to Osaka station. A small issue is their tea bags in the lounge area quickly ran out and was not replenished.
