Great clean hotel and friendly staff. Walkable to Dotonbori area. Super convenient however the room is so small for a family of four. We heard ambulance noise at night I guess there is hospital nearby. So far good stay. Also they don’t provide room service except take away the trash and free water bottles.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. We opted for the breakfast buffet and it had a good variety of foods including healthier options. Location was perfect - very close to dotonbori.

Breakfast was the BEST! Location awesome! Tons of shopping close-by! Train station close - five minute walk away! Staff Great! Helped with forwarding Luggage, which is the best service ever! Great location for walking around late night. But hotel located right next to street. So you have to accept noise and car gas smells.

Hotel in great location. Staff friendly and helpful with looking after our bags. We liked the room and we were comfortable. However, we didn't get the best sleep due to the road noise. We stayed in a busy area but the windows could do with sound proofing. Also there's a kettle and cups but no spoons.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were also a nice bonus, and the location made it easy to get around. It was close to Dotonbori so it was loud at night. There were a few small areas that could be improved, but overall, the experience was really good. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay.

The wifi in our room would sometimes be intermittent. It is also a bit odd that the full length mirror is inside the shower. Lastly, it would be better if there were free coffee either offered at the lobby to bring to the rooms, or inside the rooms where the electric kettle and coffee mugs are.
