Great clean hotel near umeda station. Friendly English speaking staff. Great half price happy hour. Great step in shower, other hotels is bath tub step over.

Staff very helpful with little english understanding but still able to assist. Room eas small but comfortable and spent little time there as so close to amenities had plenty to do outside.
