Such a wonderful hotel! Super modern and pretty big for a Japan hotel! Only downside was the 2 washing machines it was a hassle to get it when it was free, and you had to pay for it.

The airvents in the hotel are full of dust and mould. The front desk staff are very abrupt and not very welcoming. The buffet breakfast is very limited we didnt bother to go down after the 1st morning. They cannot communicate well in english and not very helpful. Not a hotel i would book again or recommend for Families.
