We had a great room and stay! Walking distance to everything! Everything was just great! If there is anything I would complain about it would be that the beds are a bit hard. But it was the same on every hotel we stayed at in Japan so nothing specific to this hotel.

It's good for a simple trip to Osaka, good attitude and helpful staffs there. The location is good, 3 minutes walk for the nearby station. Also, it is very near to Shinsaibashisuji with 15 mins walk. To Kansai International airport from Toyoko Inn Shinsaibashi, it takes less than 1.5 hours with 2 times railway transit. For the meals arrangement, the underground shopping tunnel have a lot of tasty restaurants. Very conveniences. I'd love to stay in Toyoko Inn Shinsaibashi for my next trip to Osaka.

I booked the room for 2 adult and 1 child (10 years old), and they only offer a single bed for 3 people, and when I ask them why, they told me that they have charged the fee for the child, so only have 1 bed , it doesn't make sense. Be honest, it is a bad journel I have ever had before.
