Lovely room, absolutely massive. Location was great, right next to Dotonbori and the shopping district. Especially for the price it was such a surprise. An issue we had with other hotels was rubbish bins, this hotel had ample bins for us to throw stuff away. Staff were so attentive, so lovely and even just allowed an early check-in without any charge. Would highly, highly recommend staying here and if we’re ever back in Osaka would stay here everytime.

We stayed in the room that could accommodate six even though there was only four of us. There was plenty of space which we appreciated. Good value for the price. The AC took a while to figure out since you had to use the remote and to make sure to point at the unit or it won't work. Also good to have the washing machine included.

It was close to Dotonbori, and we traveled to Kyoto by Limon Bus, which was convenient. The hotel was nice, but the shower head was low, which was a bit uncomfortable. We had a great trip.

This property is close by Dotonbori about 7 minutes walk and Namba Station very convenient. But I don’t recommend to walk alone after midnight. Street quite dark not many people walking around that area. The hotel itself is nice and cozy. The hotel staff after 11pm until 11 am.

Positives: location - close to transit, dotonbori, great restaurant, especially Utsuke Urahori! They had the best omakase! Also did not like the deodorizer used in the room. It was very strong. Negatives: pillows were too firm, no dryer but no real good drying area, lack of security, only 1 key to access the room.

We really enjoyed our stay here as it was roomy, enough to fit 5 of us. Walkable to train stations and dining options. Easy check-in and check-out. Would book again.
