Hotel lobby and staff were excellent, clean, and efficient! The room i stayed in had plenty of space, the amenities were great, and was offered toiletries. The location of this hotel is just a short walk from Dotonburi and not too far from train stations.

Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are looking to stay in Shibuya. It’s a 2-3 min walk from the station, and you are right in the heart of Shibuya near the Shibuya Crossing. Convenience store is a 2 min walk away. The staff are very friendly and nice. They accept luggage transfers if you are trying to ship it there from other hotels. The hotel also has laundry machines and a microwave too. Rooms are what they look like in the pictures. A little run down but we were able to fit 4 luggage’s just fine. Breakfast though is pretty good. Would recommend trying at least once. Fresh food and juices. I would probably stay again in a bigger room though.

Good quiet. They offer two face mask at the reception when we checked in. The only down side they charge you additional Accommodation Tax of what you already paid.

The staff was so friendly, and cleaned the room everyday. Even refilled each room with new water each day which was amazing! The area is little far from subway station, but it is in middle of four subway stations. So you can choose where to walk to.

Awesome location — literally steps from Dotonbori! The room was small, but that’s totally expected for Japan. The only downside was the noise — some guests were really loud late at night and early in the morning. Wish the hotel had stepped in or reminded them to keep it down. It did make it a bit harder to get good sleep.
