The elevator was tiny so beware big luggage you may need to do a few trips. One of the check-in machines were broken but the staff helped us at the counter with our passports. There was not much to do around the hotel. The staff kept making it a point that we did not have free breakfast included- we understood the first time. The night life is really weird, the nearby restaurants did not receive tourist well and kept telling us we needed reservation. The station was about a 15 minute walk away.

Room and overall hotel were fine. Staff was nice and helpful. The biggest issue was the laundry self service dryers did not work hardly at all. Dried 1 load of laundry for 2 and a half hours and still had to hang up clothes to finish air drying as some were still near soaking wet.

Had a great stay there! Even extended our original plan when we arrived. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Osaka with most places being a short walk away. The room was small but clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly

The room itself was small but quiet enough. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell coming from the bathtub and toilet all night, which other reviews had mentioned, but I didn’t think it would be this bad. The bathroom was extremely tiny (and I’m fairly slim) and noticeably dirty, with stains and grime in places that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. We ended up checking out early and moving to another accommodation. Wouldn’t stay again.
