The apartment was clean and the building is well kept. It’s close to a station so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk from Universal City Walk so there is access to all styles of restaurants. If you want more local flavor, hop on the train and get to one of the other local neighborhoods and enjoy the local dining there. There is a Family Mart just down the street for quick and easy conbi food. We did have a problem with the door lock sticking one time but the staff were quick to respond when contacted via phone. AC worked well in the high heat and the beds were firm but comfortable. I would stay here again.

The property is amaizing, great place and very comfortable with easy access to transport and perfect for Universal Park. Tue only downside is the sorroundings are not very good looking as it seems to be an industrial area.

とても良かったですが 食事所と大浴場が別棟なので少し不便とチェックアウト10時は(日曜利用)大変エレベーターが混んでいたので7階から非常階段を利用しました。

客室はとても新しく全て綺麗でした。 公共交通機関へのアクセスも良く、温泉もあり大変満足してます。 また利用したいです。 一点だけ、チェックアウト時に集中する時間帯がエレベーターが混雑して、出るまでかなり時間がかかります。 改善が必要かと思います。

部屋での滞在は、ゆっくり出来て良かったです。隣接する入浴施設も疲れを癒す上で最高でした。ただ、食事ができる店やコンビニが近くに無いことが残念でした。

気楽に過ごせました洗濯機もあるし浴室乾燥もあるからすぐ乾きます テレビでYouTubeも見れます!! 前回泊まられた方なのかYouTubeアカウントそのまま使いっぱなしになっていることあるのでチェックアウトする前にログアウトも忘れずにお願いしますよ笑 子連れでしたが洗い場のお風呂は良かったです😊 コンビニが少し遠いかなと感じました💦

最寄り駅からUSJまでは一駅。 歩くには遠いです。 部屋は広いし、温泉も入れるので快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機はありますが、乾燥機は無いのでベランダで干す必要があります。 近くに飲食店やコンビニも無いのが少し不便に感じました。
