Clean but dark/loud

Perfectly fine, generic hotel. The room was clean and spacious. However, the room was super dark, even with all the lights turned on. And very loud... The heaters were clicking all night and I had to unplug the fridge to be able to sleep.

Overall a good stay, unfortunately, we had 2 doors to the rooms next to us. We could hear so clearly the discussions in the next rooms, one of them came back from a dance party and talked till 1 am, the other where more like us and needed to wake up around 6 am. So not really good nights of sleep. Staff at the restaurant and cleaning staff really nice. Staff at the reception where a bit less accommodating, we stayed there for an event where we had to stay a a booth, the Dealer's room closed at the same time we needed to get our car out of the parking lot or we would need to pay 18$ more. We ask if they could accommodate us for 1 more hour and the staff only told us it would depends on the person working the parking at that time and they couldn't confirm with us if we would need or not to pay more for the maybe one hour more (depending on the time to undo the kiosk), Except for that, a good place to stay, easy to go to the Conference Center.

Will definitely rebook in the future

The room I had was very spacious and clean. Right next to the event I was going at (I could leave my coat at the room which was great !). Only suggestion I would make is that it would be great to have a microwave IN the room and not just at the entrance of the hotel.

Only complaint is the size of rooms and the beds. They were smaller than a double. My family of 4 barely fit in the rooms. Staff were fantastic and location was great.

Very grateful to the gentleman that checked us in. There was a hockey competition in town. Much of the hotel was filled with kids. He was very considerate and upgraded us on a floor that was very quiet. My only concern I had was the cleanliness of the bathroom; not cleaned very well.

Le personnel est extra, aimable et serviable, la chambre comfortable et propre, mais complication avec la borne électrique. La borne refusait ma carte Charge point. Nous avons perdu une heure à télécharger l'application nécessaire sur mon téléphone, puis sur celui de mon conjoint. Résultat sans succès, et ce, malgré l'aide d'un membre du personnel. Vous êtes au Québec, il serait à propos d'avoir une borne compatible avec Circuit électrique, ou un paiement par carte de crédit.
