Nice well-maintained room. I picked this location because I was visiting family in Gatineau so wanted to be close - if I was travelling to visit Ottawa, I would have stayed on the Ottawa side of the river, because there is not much in the area around the hotel.

We stayed for 5days. Air condition is broken, and never been repaired. The window is not able to open, and We are lucky that the weather is not humidity and heat！

Super small bathrooms, very inconveniently designed. extremely dirty and stinky dishwasher, we had to rewash the dishes and clean the dishwasher first. Dirty kitchen counter upon checkin. individual rooms have AC but they do not work. No air circulation in the rooms. Tight walking space by the bed. Not at all comfortable. Breakfast had no gluten free options. Housekeeping staff did not speak English, and were very rude. You can stay for however many days- you will get two 500ml bottles of water upon checkin. No daily refill. Not worth the $$

We were pleased with the rooms we had full fridge w/freezer, stove top, dishwasher! The floors are vinyl which are cleaner than carpet. The rooms were clean. We stayed in an Efficiency and it was perfect for our friends to come in and have a visit before we went out. We paid for parking but you can park on the road too. Thank you to the staff for amazing job.
