Everything was OK except the rug was very dirty and the balcony couldn’t be used because of the dirt not sure when it was Everlast cleaned. Need a hanger in the bathroom. Having said all that the staff was first rate Samantha or Sam on the front desk, excellent, as was the bartender.

The staff for checking in was great and helpful. The two pet queen suite was amazing with lots of room and nice kitchen area with a nice balcony. We will definitely book again.

The rooms were remodeled and spacious, but the kitchen is a bit dated. Basics are provided in the kitchen, but no spices/oil or anything to cook with. The area is quiet and a nice neighborhood. It is very walkable. The in room service that is provided in the hotel is amazing and highly recommend it.

Perfect walking distance from almost everything you might want to check out in Ottawa. Staff at desk was super helpful. We wanted to get a little more shopping done before our train left, but it was pouring rain outside. The desk staff offered immediately to hold onto our luggage, which worked out fantastic. Room comes with anything and everything you will need. The large fridge was especially useful. Would def return.

Clean and renovated on the inside. Staff was very welcoming and polite. Parking across the street at the city hall was only $4 the weekend that we travelled. Best bang for your buck in that area in my opinion.
