Check- in was hectic on a Saturday afternoon. Waited 10 minutes for luggage cart which did not arrive. No one offered to help with bags. 3 trips back and forth on the elevator got it done. Nice room, great view. 2 restaurants, but main one was closed for dinner on Sunday and Monday. Other restaurant/rooftop bar had limited menu. No room service available. Breakfast lady at coffee counter was nice. Breakfast and coffee we're good. Had room cleaned once, and they failed to remove replace some obviously dirty towels. Towel supply is weak. Need more. Pillows are thin. Need more or bigger. Found luggage cart in time for checkout. No one offered to help wheel the cart or load the car. Staff was nice enough and they were obviously busy --- but this is a high end hotel (for us), and i expect better. Great location, but overall available service needs some improvement. I'd probably go again, but with tempered expectations.
