Nice hotel. Room was very clean and staff was pleasant. Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Also the restaurant was closed, but honestly after reading some reviews and seeing the restaurant owners unprofessional responses to negative feedback, we wouldn’t have dined there anyways. They definitely need a restaurant on the property that is open every day. It’s far from town. Other than that it was a great stay with a really nice ocean view from the room. The grounds were nice for walking also.

The view was spectacular! Hands down top 10 I have ever seen. You could hear the waves crashing on shore. The suite was perfect! Right when you entered It felt warm and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer! Didn’t want to leave. The staff at front desk was very polite and accommodating.This is a place I will definitely be going to again. 100% all around.

Everything was great minus the Outdoor pool, in the past it was always heated but this time it was definatly not working correctly as it was very cold. The window next to the bed was broken it did not latch shut and the wind kept pushing it open making loud howling noises and made the bedroom very cold even with the heater on. The sound from the wind pushing through woke us up multiple times a night. Other than that everything was Great & we loved the condo we reserved.

Breathtaking ocean views and lush surroundings. Floor to ceiling windows in our particular unit. Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms and facilities are somewhat dated. Pillows were not very comfortable.The onsite restaurant is under separate ownership and is not open every day. With the parking somewhat far from the units it makes getting meals and food delivery slightly inconvenient. If I return I'll be sure to pack more food options to keep in the room. Also worth noting that rooms are not equipped with dishes or silverware.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Room was very outdated, had an unpleasant smell, and the furniture was thin and uncomfortable. Headboards did not match the metal bed frames and were not sturdy at all. Some bugs and spider webs around the doors. WiFi would not stay connected, streaming services interrupted, and parking was not convenient. Paid for ocean view but it was more of a parking lot view. Overall not worth what we paid.
