Great view, that's all.

The best thing about this property is the view. It is very dark, old, damp and musty smelling. Lots of dust and cobwebs. Furniture in poor condition. This house REALLY needs a lot of updates. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher and a toaster. Bed box springs appeared to be 60 years old and were dirty. FYI, the linoleum in the kitchen/hallway was very slippery and one of us slipped and fell.
