Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to this home is a 30-night rental we do require a 60 DAY CANCELATION NOTICE, Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. We do offer travel insurance.

Great Property
Dawson House is a well constructed home with much attention to detail and it is as nice as the pictures advertising it. The well equipped kitchen is a joy for cooking. The bathrooms are warm and well appointed. The beds are comfy. The lighting throughout the home is terrific!
