If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to this home is a 30-night rental we do require a 60 DAY CANCELATION NOTICE, Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. We do offer travel insurance.

Great Property

Dawson House is a well constructed home with much attention to detail and it is as nice as the pictures advertising it. The well equipped kitchen is a joy for cooking. The bathrooms are warm and well appointed. The beds are comfy. The lighting throughout the home is terrific!
