We had a great one night stay. The hotel was a short walk from the station and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived as a room was ready. Room was lovely, a nice temperature. The breakfast was very good lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a great position just a short walk to the centre. Would recommend.

Room decent size and big comfy bed, good central Oxford location for the delights of Oxford and very close to Westgate shopping centre. Staff all very pleasant. First room we had, had a very unappealing badly stained carpet but we got moved the second night.

The 3 rooms I ended up going between were tired, unloved, ( mouldy shower head, poorly made bed and cold room resulting in a sleepless night), plus the crashing and clanging noises of builders who were conducting works on the property/ unbeknown to me at the time of booking- absolutely ruined my stay. Utterly exhausted.

The hotel was spotless and well situated. However the main plus was the staff. Polites, helpful and super efficient. Breakfast was busy but the team were fabulous. Front desk, especially Swapnil, were the most courteous ive encounter in the UK for some time.
