The modern condo is within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Also close by are the world-class golf courses and restaurants of Pebble Beach, the natural wonders of Big Sur, and wine tasting and dining in Carmel Valley Village.
The building, originally a famous department store founded in 1918, was frequently visited by legendary author John Steinbeck who purchased his writing materials and household items there. The home is named “Cannery Row” after one of Steinbeck’s novels.

The en suite bath offers dual sinks, deep soaking tub and separate two-person shower with built-in niche to hold shower necessities. Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, 55-inch HDTV and views of downtown. Bedroom #3 - Queen bed, décor in tones of blue, gray and white, and locally-themed artwork. A full hallway bath includes a spacious shower with built-in seat. The home has a half-bath and a laundry room with front-loading machines.
One reserved parking space is available in the garage below and additional parking is available on the street. An elevator takes you to the upper level.
