They have very thin walls, the couple next door had a very fun night. They do not provide shampoo or conditioner. Ive stayed twice. The first time my tv did not work, they sent 2 men (one who was blind), i think they usually help with luggage. Needless to say they could not figure it out. I requested a new room & was told no its after midnight (this started at 1130pm and it was 12:12am when i was told that. Housekeeping is only every other day. No food or drinks available after 11pm i think. It is a bed. Uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. Towels were old and scratchy.

Room was super clean, this was our second time staying here because the room impressed us. The outside is not well maintained, and very dated though. The only complaint is that there were only 2 full size towels and 4 people in our room.

Our room 229 had a tv and it was stuck on CNN! Security came and couldn’t help so they called maintenance and the guy said he would go get us a new remote! That wasn’t the problem as the buttons on the side of the tv wasn’t even changing the channel 😡 didn’t even offer to bring another TV! Went to front desk and the lady said they were full! Most of their rooms weren’t even operating! I asked to talk to a manager because I wanted a refund and they don’t work on the weekends! How is that even possible! She then called me about 10 minutes later saying she has another room but we had to go over 2 or 3 buildings! Not happy and won’t stay there again!

Unbeknownst to me the Saddle West has eliminated their table/floor gaming. I still won a substantial amount of money however...which offset the lack of table gaming. I would definitely stay there again.
