The carpark was small and hard to find, there was nowhere to stop out front to check in and the lift for the car park was out of order. The bathroom was dirty and it looked like the room had just had a light clean over the last year. I won't be staying there again

Very good food using room service. Great staff. Excellent room. Very spacious. Great view of the river. Stain on carpet a bit off putting but overall a great experience.
